Our fresh gourmet tomatoes are available in several different sizes, delivered to your door. We can also deliver green tomatoes upon request, which will ripen at room temperature over a period of a week or so. Tomatoes are ripe when the colour is a bright red and the fruit is slightly soft to the touch.

Tomatoes are a fruit, not a vegetable although many people think of them as such due to the excellent savoury flavours. The deeper red in colour a tomato is the more beta carotene it contains. Tomatoes are also a rich source of lycopene and vitamin C, which both have many positive health benefits. Tomatoes actually gain weight as they ripen – even after being picked!
